1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief:- 10.1 This Hon,ble Court be pleased to call for the entire records of the case from respondents. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent no.1, 4 & 5 to consider the case of the petitioner with respect to his absorption and grant of consequential pensionary benefits to the petitioner. 2 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.1 & 4 to take necessary steps and pass appropriate order in prospective manner in the case of the petitioner within a stipulated time frame work. 10.4 Any other relief as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a writ petition having identical issue has come up before this Court in WPS No.2865 of 2021 which was disposed of by this Court vide its order dated 24.06.2021 permitting the petitioner therein to move a representation. Relevant portion of which, is quoted herein-below:-

Considering the limited relief claimed at this stage, it is directed that in the event petitioner submits fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of three weeks from today, the said authority shall consider and decide his representation in an objective manner keeping in view the circular issued by the State Government from time to time and orders of absorption passed with respect to similarly placed employees, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of submission of representation.” Therefore, he submits that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of that order. 3. Not opposed by other parties. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 24.06.2021 passed in WPS No.2865/2021, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation ventilating his grievances as projected in the writ petition to respondent No.4/competent authority within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and it is expected that respondent No.4/competent authority shall decide the same in terms of order dated 24.06.2021 passed in WPS No.2865/2021 expeditiously within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. With this observation, this writ petition is disposed of. Sd/-
