Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been assigned a false role in the present case and it has been stated that the petitioner gave a dattar blow on the right side of the head of the complainant, however, injured has been discharged from the hospital. He further contends that the parties have compromised the matter with each other and the main accused namely Gurdit Singh @ Deep has been granted the concession of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.05.2025. Even another co-accused namely Harjinder Singh has been granted the concession of bail by this Court in CRM-M-35205-2025 vide order dated 11.07.2025. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel has vehemently opposed the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground that serious allegations have been levelled against the present petitioner and he does not deserve the concession of bail by this Court. 5.
