JUSTICE KARDAK ETE HONOURABLE MRS. JUSTICE SHAMIMA JAHAN ORDER Date : 24.06.2025 . (Kardak Ete, J) Heard Mr. D. Kamduk, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. M. Kato, learned DSGI for all the opposite parties. This is an application under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963, praying for condonation of delay of 118 days, in filing the connected Writ Appeal Page No.# 3/3 No.29 (AP)/2024. Having considered the grounds put forth in this Interlocutory Application and the prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the opposite parties, we are satisfied that sufficient cause is shown which has prevented the appellant to file the connected writ appeal within the limitation period. We deem it appropriate to allow this application and accordingly, the delay of 118 days in filing the connected Writ Appeal is condoned. Interlocutory Application stands allowed and disposed of.
