Aggrieved by the said orders, the petitioner submitted a ^ representation to the 4'*^ respondent herein on 25.3.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that even after receipt of the said representation, the 4^*^ respondent neither considered the said representation nor issued any other proceedings. Hence, the present petition is filed.
4. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner can avail alternative remedy by way of an appeal before the respondent No.4. If the petitioner prefers an appeal, certainly the respondent No.4 will consider and pass appropriate orders and redress the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the
submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to prefer an appeal under Section 5(4) of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such appeal, the respondent No.4 herein is directed to consider the same by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as other respondents and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three (03) months thereafter.
