1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court vide order dated 13.06.2024 passed in CRMP No. 808 of 2023 and other connected matters while allowing the petition, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of the
order, subject to there being no legal impediment.
3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur, District Surguja, vide her request letter dated 04.12.2024, sought for and was granted further time of six months time for concluding the trial vide order dated 07.02.2025 in CRMP No. 3503/2024.
4. Today again this office reference was being heard in relation to PUD dated 29.07.2025 received from the Judicial Magistrate First Class Ambikapur, District- Sarguja (C.G.) for extension to time in concluding the trial.
5. However, on a query being made to the Registrar (Judicial) with regard to status of trial, it is submitted that the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ambikapur, District Surguja has sent a request letter dated 24.11.2025, in which, it has been stated that the trial in the above case has already been concluded on 13.11.2025.
