POONACHA ORAL ORDER Learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal which reads as under: "It is submitted that the Petitioner had approached this Hon'ble Court seeking possession of Site No. B3-SK-3457 allotted by Respondent. However, during the pendency of present petition, the Respondent, by issuing an Endorsement dated 20.12.2025, has withdrawn the cancellation order and confirmed Site No. B3-SK-3457 in favour of the Petitioner. In view of the said development, the grievance of the Petitioner stands fully redressed and nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54761 WP No. 13666 of 2023 Petitioner to withdraw the above petition, in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
