This Court, vide order dated 01.04.2025 passed in MCRC No. 2547 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Amit Sharma, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur District-Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 07.10.2025 has requested for grant of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 six months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that currently, the case is at the stage of prosecution evidence. Out of 19 listed witnesses, the statements of 04 witnesses have already been recorded. Despite serving summons/warrant several times witnesses did not appear which seriously a=ected pace of proceeding. Due to this, the evidence of witnesses could not be recorded in time and case has been postponed and kept for >xing the evidence. It is anticipated that some more time will be required to complete the evidence and dispose of the case. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o4 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
