The present appeal has been filed under Section 96 of CPC seeking quashment of the impugned judgment dated 24/09/2018 3 in Civil Suit No. 74-A/2016 passed by the 8th Additional District Judge, Bilaspur (C.G.). 2. Learned counsel for the parties jointly placed a copy of the compromise deed dated 05.12.2025, executed between the parties, which is taken on record. From perusal of the same, it appears that the respondents No. 1 to 8 have agreed to give 2.70 acres of land and granting the land decree in favour of the appellant, as as such the grievance of the appellant herein has been redressed. Hence both the parties compromised the dispute amicably and as such nothing remains in this appeal for adjudication. 3. The contesting parties to this appeal have amicably settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. We accordingly accept the compromise/ settlement, proposed by the parties. 4. A copy of this docket/compromise arrived at by the parties be made part of this record. 5. Accordingly, the instant appeal is disposed of. 6. A decree be drawn accordingly, in terms of the compromise deed.
