This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners houses in Sy.No. 296 and 302, situated at Seethammanagar, Muthyalreddipalli Village, Tiurpati Urban Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere and not to dispossess the petitioners without following the due process of law, and further declare the arbitrary action of the Respondents No.2 and 3 in interfering in civil disputes between the petitioners and 4th respondent, as illegal, without authority of law, and contrary to the judgments of this Honble Court.”

Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the unofficial respondent, the police have registered a case against the petitioners in Crime No.101 of 2021 of M.R.Palli Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 and 506 read with 34 IPC. 3
3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
