However, considering the reasons disclosed in the application as well as having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find substance in the objections raised by the learned Advocate for the appellant. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to permit respondent No.1 to withdraw 60% amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing the usual undertaking. 3. Accordingly, the application is partly allowed. 4.
