Mr. Vijay Bahadur Yadav, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is Bhumidhar of Araji no. 969 as described in paragraph 5 of the petition. Private respondent nos. 4 and 5 are seeking to illegally construct over the Araji of his client. He approached the civil Court by suit no. 70 of 2025 (Nanhku Yadav Vs. Nand Lal and others). Said respondents being land mafia are obstructing hearing of the suit. He seeks direction upon respondent no.2 to look into grievance of petitioner in view of Government Order dated 1st May, 2017 for creating Anti Land Grabbing Task Force. 2. Mr. Srivastava, learned advocate Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, it is a private dispute. 3. Petitioner has already approached the civil Court. He has liberty to produce certified copy of this order before said Court and pray for urgent hearing of his interim application as well as the suit itself. Petitioner's allegation of private respondents obstructing hearing of the suit stands recorded above. The civil Court is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment or allow scope for such allegations being made. In event petitioner obtains restraint order, the same is to be enforced.
