VENKATA SAI KRISHNA PONNURU 3 The Court made the following order: On 19.09.2025, the counsel for the respondent placed before this Court the proceedings dated 19.09.2025 issued by the respondent-contemnor and submitted that the order under contempt is complied with. Upon which the counsel for the petitioner took time to get instructions in the matter. 2. On 25.09.2025, the petitioner counsel submitted that the proceedings dated 19.09.2025 issued by the contemnor was only to get over the contempt case and the said proceedings remained on paper without implementing the same. Thereafter, the matter was passed over for getting instructions. When the matter was again taken up for hearing the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order under contempt was complied with. In those circumstances, the respondent-contemnor was directed to file affidavit explaining the reasons for the delay in complying with the order under contempt. 3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent-contemnor filed affidavit explaining the reasons. In view of the explanation offered by the respondent-contemnor coupled with the fact that the order under contempt is complied 4 with, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case and accordingly the same is closed.
