The plaintiff filed O.S.No.20 of 2025 in the Court of V Additional District and Sessions Judge – cum – Special Court for Trial of Offences Against Women, West Godavari, Eluru. In the said suit she filed I.A.No.40 of 2025 for grant of temporary injunction which was dismissed under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC on 07.07.2025 and challenging the said order the present appeal has been filed under Order 43 Rule 1 & 2 CPC. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the plaintiff has not pressed the suit. Consequently the present appeal rendered infructuous. 3. Copy of the order dated 17.10.2025 in O.S.No.20 of 2025 has been placed before us. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
