2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 422 of 2024 arising out of Jaridih P.S. Case No. 131 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 121(1), 121(2), 132, 324(5), 303(2), 352 of the B.N.S. and Section 8B of the N.H. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, FTC, Bermo, Tenughat.
3. On 30.09.2024, at about 10:45 a.m., an Audi car bearing Registration No. WB-02AJB-8673 dashed a motorcycle bearing Registration No. JH- 09BF-1910 near Tand Mohanpur at National Highway-23, due to which, two persons died.
4. It is alleged that a mob of 15 named and several unknown persons assaulted the occupants of the vehicle due to which, they sustained injuries.
5. It was submitted that though the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., but there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.
6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, FTC, Bermo, Tenughat in connection with S.T. Case No. 422 of 2024 arising out of Jaridih P.S. Case No. 131 of
2024.
