Application under Order 23 Rule 1 CPC reads as under: “That the parties have amicably settled the matter out of Court. That the respondent has agreed to receive the amount of Rs.1,68,000/- deposited before this Hon’ble Court along with the interest accrued herein. In view of settlement between the parties the above revision petition may kindly be closed recording the same in the interest of justice.” 3. Contents of the application read over to the parties and they agreed that the contents of the application are true and correct. 4.
