It is submitted that due to non-availability of Divisional Commissioner i.e. Appellate authority who has proceeded on leave, appeal filed by petitioner has not been listed for any particular date, compelling the petitioner to file present writ petition. 2. Status quo regarding the same shall be maintained till the decision of appeal. 3.
