The instant revision has been preferred by the revisionist to set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 23.08.2023 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate Court No.10, Allahabad on the Applicant U/s 143-A N.I. Act in Case No. 436 of 2022 (Abhishek Yadav Vs. Rinku) under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Cantt, District- Allahabad. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submitted that the instant revision has been filed against the impugned order dated 23.08.2023 by which 20% interim compensation was awarded under Section 143-A N.I. Act but now complaint filed under Section 143-A N.I. Act has been finally disposed of and the instant revisions has become infructuous, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
