On 11.02.2025, the learned counsel representing the bank sought time to ascertain what further transpired, whereby this Court left it open for the respondents to review the case of each of the petitioners for the purpose of ascertaining their contribution and the desirability for their service. 2 3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that the respondent bank introduced a new policy on 11.04.2012, whereby the job assigned to the work of business development was outsourced to provide the third party services for entering into contract agreements. As such, the service of the petitioners was disputed on account of the change in policy of the respondent bank. It is further submitted that similarly, the petitioners filed W.P.No.33232 of 2017, and this Court closed the writ petition on 17.11.2014 by recording the similar submissions made by the learned Standing counsel for the respondent bank. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
