Mr. Amar Jeet Upadhyay, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client paid 95 % against cost of purchasing a flat. Respondent no.2 did not give possession on completion date of 31st March, 2023. His client lodged complaint with respondent no.1 on 11th July, 2024. It was registered as complaint no. NCR 144/07/121420/2024. There was order made upon respondent no.2 for uploading written statement, not yet done. Prayer of his client is for direction upon respondent no.1 to expeditiously deal with the complaint. 2. Mr. Mohd. Afzal, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent no.1 and on query submits, the complaint will be expeditiously dealt with by three months' from next date being 31st July, 2025. He seeks this time because the written statement has not yet been uploaded and the authority is over worked. 3. We are not inclined to direct issuance of notice upon respondent no.2. We direct respondent no.1 to not grant unnecessary adjournment and deal with petitioner's complaint of the project not completed. The complaint be decided by 31st October, 2025. We note that adjournment of three months has been granted by the authority to the promoter and in effect, six months time sought for dealing with the complaint.
