The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the set of representations of the petitioners dated 21.11.2024, 30.12.2024, 19.12.2024, 26.12.2024 and 30.12.2024 vide Annexures 'F' to 'F4'. 2. Brief facts leading rise to the filing of these writ petitions are as follows: 3. The petitioners have retired from the service of the respondents-Corporation, who were relieved from service on attaining the age of Superannuation. Their - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52009 WP No. 7043 of 2025 service and increment sanctioning due dates are mentioned below: Sl. They submitted a representation requesting for sanction of their annual increment for the last year of service rendered by them and also brought to the notice of the respondents the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.10703 of 2024 and connected matters disposed of on 21.02.2025, which was confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal Nos.634 of 2025 and 636 of 2025 dismissed on 16.10.2025. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52009 WP No. 7043 of 2025 5. Respondent No.2 has not passed any order on the representations submitted by the petitioners. Hence this writ petition. 6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents. 7. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that, if a reasonable time is granted, respondent No.2 would consider the representations at Annexures 'F' to 'F4' and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 8. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER (i) The writ petition is allowed. (ii) Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners vide - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52009 WP No. 7043 of 2025 Annexures 'F' to 'F4' in terms of the order dated 21.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.10703 of 2024 and connected matters, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; Sd/- (ASHOK S.KINAGI) JUDGE RK CT:KHV List No.: 2 Sl No.: 3
