Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the paternal uncle. 2. Sri Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the appellant through virtual mode submits that during the pendency of the appeal, the minor child attained majority. 3. Since the minor child now attained majority, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
