The present application has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 for release of compensation amount lying deposited before the Court below along with upto date interest accrued thereupon. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and Reference Court is directed to release the 50% of the awarded amount along with proportionate interest accrued thereupon, subject to proper verification of their identities. The same be remitted in terms of share delineated in the land reference decided by the Reference Court on 18.01.2020. The amount along with proportionate interest be remitted in their bank accounts, details whereof have been given in Para-6 of the application. While disbursing 50% of the amount awarded in favour of the applicants’ previous amount, if any, released in favour of the applicants be taken into account while determining the same.
