Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally at this stage giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh copy application form annexing the certified copy of this Order before the Tahasildar, Thakurmunda (Opp. Party No.3) for providing the certified copies of the required documents and in case of filing of fresh copy application form annexing the certified copy of this order by the petitioner, the Tahasildar, Thakurmunda (Opp. Party No.3) shall entertain the same and shall provide the required copies thereof Page 2 of 2. within 15 days from the date of filing of such copy application form to the petitioner positively. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally. 5. Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the Tahasildar, Thakurmunda (Opp. Party No.3) immediately. 6.
