Considering the report and the application, we provide that if the judgment dated 31.07.2025 has not been complied with, the Registrar General/Registrar (Judicial) shall proceed to recover the amount from the appellants by following due process of law subject of course to any order from the Hon’ble Apex Court if produced by the appellants. 5.
