Learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for all the Respondents. Sri K. Arjun Chowdhary, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar of Kundurpi Mandal dated 10.02.2025 along with the Revenue Record. Copy of it is served on the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well. Instruction is taken on record.

3. The relevant portion of the Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder;
“It is respectfully submitted that, the land in Sy.No.195 Ext Ac.16.31 cents was classified as Govt. Dry Patta land and stood recorded in the name of Huchappappagari Abbinaliigadu and 2. Kotturappa gari Chinna Kotturudu as per RSR of Malayanur Village of Kundurpi Mandal. Further, as per webland Adangal of Malayanur village, the land in Sy.No.195-1C Ext Ac.1.10 cents was stood recorded in the name of present writ petitioner i.e. Smt. Geethamma w/o Sanna Obanna vide 1B khata No.2306.
3 Further, it is also submitted that this office field functionaries have not dispossessed the writ petitioner from entering into her field at any point of time and also no notices were issued from this office at any point of time to the present writ petitioner.” The above extract would indicate that the as per the webland Adangal of Malayanur Village, the land in Sy.No.195-1C of an extent of Ac.1.10 cents stood recorded in the name of the Writ Petitioner herein. The above extract would also indicate that the field functionaries of the Tahsildar’s Office have not dispossessed the Writ Petitioner from entering into her field at any point of time.

Having considered the Written Instructions, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Official Respondents to follow due process of law if any coercive action is sought to be initiated against the Writ Petitioner in the future.
5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No order as to costs.
