This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.3/Tehsildar, Tehsil Shikohabad, District Firozabad to decide the case No. 4077 of 2023 (computerized case No. T202301260204077) Gaon Sabha Vs. Komal Singh & others, under section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel that petitioner is not a party to the proceedings and, therefore, prayer made by the petitioner cannot be granted. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Since the above-mentioned proceedings are pending, it is expected that the same will be decided by the authorities concerned, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. 6.
