JUSTICE JAVED IQBAL WANI, JUDGE ORDER 30.04.2025 Upon coming of this matter for consideration, it came to be pointed out by Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI, appearing for the respondents that in the instant petition, the petitioner has called in question the notice issued against him, calling upon him as to why he be not compulsory retired and in view of the fact that no interim relief in the instant petition came to be granted by this Court, the respondents proceeded ahead with the said show-cause notice and consequently, retired the petitioner compulsory, whereupon the petitioner maintained WP(C) No. 108/2025, calling in question the said order of compulsory retirement, thus, rendering the instant petition infructous. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned DSGI, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
