Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition is filed for grant of full gratuity and earn leave encashment with simple interest @ 10% P.A. and also refund of illegally deducted salary from the period of May 2019 to March, 2020. He further submits that the petitioner has superannuated on 31.10.2020 and he made several request to the respondents. 2. Considered submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the material placed on record. 3. The petitioner is directed to submit a detailed representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from today. The respondents are directed to disposed of the representation within a period of four weeks by a reasoned and speaking order.
