1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred to Janpad Panchayat Mahasamund, District Mahasamund vide order dated 7-10-2025 which 100 kms away from the Janpad Panchayat, Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon. He would further submit that the petitioner has eight years old of daughter who is
2 in Class II in her academic session and old aged mother-in-law who is suffering from disease “Retinitis Pigmentosa” due to which she is completely blind and her regular medical checkup is going on on month basis in Sector 9 hospital situated at Bhilai. He would further submit that the petitioner has already submitted representation in this regard before the respondent authorities on 10-10-2025 which is still undecided, therefore, the instant writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authority to consider and decide her representation, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition (s) is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities that the respondent authorities shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner which has been submitted on 10-10-2025 as per law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in S.K. Nausad Rahaman and others vs. Union of India and others reported in 2022 (12) SCC 1 whereby the personal difficulties have to be ascertained by the employer only, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, also stand disposed of. Sd/-
