DATED :- JANUARY 9, 2024 By this application, the appellant is seeking suspension of sentence and releasing him on bail. 2. After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent and considering the fact that 7 years girl was subjected for the sexual assault and the evidence on record sufficiently shows the involvement of the accused. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant the application for suspensions of sentence. 3. In view of that, learned Counsel for the appellant not pressed the application and hence it is disposed of. 4.
