By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner is seeking promotion from the post of Anganbadi Sahayika to Anganbadi Worker whereas the post in question has already been notified for recruitment on 24.10.2024. 3. Nothing has been pleaded in any of the paragraphs as to how many posts are vacant in the Block against which 50 per cent posts are reserved for promotion from Anganbadi Sahayika to Anganbadi Worker, nor details of those who have been already promoted have not been disclosed in any of the paragraphs. 4. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence at this stage, however liberty rests with the petitioner to question the selection of anganbadi worker with all details regarding sanctioned posts and the persons already working on promotional basis as Anganbadi Worker, as and when the final select list is published pursuant to the notification dated 24.10.2024. 5.
