2. Learned HCGP has filed a memo dated 07.03.2024 which reads a under:
"The above writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 24.03.2022 passed by the 2nd respondent - Registrar Incharge of Co-operative Societies (Rule 144) and Arbitrator federation of Karnataka State Co- operative Banks Limited, Bengaluru vide case No.ARD/UBF/118-2018-19 and the public auction notice dated 09.06.2022 issued in Form No.8 under Rule 38 of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 vide Annexures A and B respectively. During the pendency of the above writ petition has paid the entire due amount obtained "No Due Certificate" issued by the 4th respondent - Chief Executive Officer, the Janata Co-

operative Bank Limited. A copy of the "No Due Certificate" dated 18.02.2023 is herewith produced and marked as Annexure-R1. Wherefore, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court in view of the "No Due Certificate" issued by the 4th Respondent has sought in the writ petition is not survive for consideration. Hence, it is become infructuous and the same may be taken on record, in the interest of justice and equity."
3. Learned HCGP re-iterating the contention of memo for disposal submits that the entire amount that was due is already paid and No Due Certificate is also issued by respondent No.4 and therefore, the petition is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 concede the same and submits that the petition may be dismissed as not maintainable.
5. The submission is placed on record.
