The petitioners by means of the present writ petition have assailed the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by the respondent no.2- Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Prayagraj whereby he has discarded the membership of petitioners. 3. After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that election has been notified, therefore, present writ petition may be dismissed at this stage with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order impugned in the present petition as well as any order of election which may adverse to the interest of the petitioners after the election is concluded. 4.
