The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandwa P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 64(2)(j) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. In the midnight of 06.11.2024, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. Later on, he refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the prosecutrix was already a married lady. It further appears that when the petitioner refused to marry her, this case has been registered. 5. Mr. Randhir Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the prosecutrix was well aware that she cannot marry the petitioner, unless she was divorced. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Chandwa P.S.
