(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR as under: FIR No. Dated Sections Police Station 57 05.04.2023 307, 506, 148, 149, 427 of IPC Dugri, District Ludhiana. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance to the order dated 25.04.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioners have already joined the investigation and as such prayed for confirming the interim bail granted vide order dated 25.04.2025 . 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh, intimates the Court that the petitioners have joined investigation and are neither required for further investigation nor for any custodial interrogation. 4. During the course of hearing on 25.04.2025, following order KANIKA 2025.05.22 15:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment CRM-M-21730-2025 2 was passed: “2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the petitioners are innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further contends that no injury or specific overt act is attributed to the petitioners in the alleged occurrence and even during the course of the proceedings, the matter has been compromised with the complainant and victim vide Annexure P-2. The petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents. Hence, prays for grant of anticipatory bail. 3. Notice of motion. 4. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Rajinder Singh Bhatta, DAG, Punjab., who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Reply, if any, be filed by the adjourned date. 5. Mr. Vishnu Dutt, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3, who happened to be the victim-injured and complainant, present in Court, to state that the respondents No.2 and 3 have given specific instructions that they have no objection in case the petitioners are granted concession of bail as the compromise has been voluntarily effected between the parties. Power of attorney is taken on record. 6. Be it the case, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petitioners are hereby directed to join investigation within seven days from today and in the event of their arrest, they are ordered to be released on interim bail on their furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. They shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 482 (2) of BNSS, 2023. 7. Investigating Officer of the case to remain present along with record on the next date of hearing. Keeping in view the above submissions made by learned State counsel and the fact that the petitioners had joined the investigation consequent to the order dated 25.04.2025 passed by this Court, interim bail granted vide order dated 25.04.2025 is hereby confirmed, subject to conditions as envisaged under Section 482 (2) of BNSS, 2023. Further the petitioners are directed to join investigation as and when required in future by way of written notice for such purpose to be served by Investigating Officer of this case upon the petitioners; they will not tamper with the evidence nor will influence the witnesses and will not leave the country without prior permission of the Court. 6. The petition stands allowed. 7.
