At the outset, it was submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the petitioner's representations would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after hearing the petitioner and respondents 4 and 5 or any other interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, which is accepted to by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. By recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
