2. Heard Smt. Manjuladevi R. Kamadolli, learned counsel appearing for petitioners; Sri. Mahantesh Shettar, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 4; and Sri. A. Lourdu Mariyappa, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5.
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the finding recorded by the respondent No.4 in the impugned order dated 15th March, 2023 (Annexure-A), the same would indicate that, originally the licence in respect of running the Wood Industry at Rajapura, Periyapatna Taluk was issued in the name of one Srinivas, husband of the petitioner No.1. Thereafter, the husband of the petitioner No.1 died on 08th July, 1996 and as such, the licence was transferred in the name of V. Krishnappa, husband of the respondent No.5 at the instance of the petitioner No.1 and the said licence continuously stands in the name of V. Krishnappa. In that view of the matter, in view of the internal dispute between the petitioners and the respondent No.5 being the family dispute, the respondent No.4 had passed the impugned
order directing to maintain status-quo in respect of the licence. Therefore as there is a civil dispute between the family of

petitioners and the respondent No.5, I am of the view that, there is no infirmity in the impugned order passed by the respondent No.4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
