2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was working as Incharge Block Education Officer, Devbhog, therefore posting of the petitioner on the post of Lecturer is illegal and would pray for allowing the instant petition.
3. Per contra learned counsel for the State opposing the submission would submit that the petitioner holds the substantive post of Lecturer therefore, he has rightly been posted to his place of posting. He would further submit that a government servant has no right to continue to hold the post at particular place of posting forever.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents with utmost circumspection.
5. Considering the rival submission made by the parties and also considering the fact that the petitioner is holding substantive post of Lecturer and his charge has been withdrawn as such there is neither violation of any rules or regulation nor infringement of fundamental right of the petitioner, therefore, I am of the view that no interference of this Court is called for and the impugned order dated 25.09.2025 so far as imposition of punishment is concerned, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse of remedy by filing an appeal under Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1966 for redressal of grievance.
6. With the aforesaid liberty and direction, the instant writ petition stands
