Having argued this petition for some time and in view of the fact that on behalf of the detenue, her elder brother has already filed another writ petition being S.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.1509/2025, wherein the petitioner is party as respondent No.8, counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition with liberty to take his plea in that petition. 3.
