This Contempt petition has been preferred by applicants under Article 215 of the Constitution of India for non-compliance of the order dated 14.1.2025 (Annexure-C/1) passed in WP(C) No.219/2025. 3. Mr. Saurabh Dangi, Court Commissioner submitted his report through covering memo, which reflects that water tap connection of residence of applicants no. 1, 4, 6, 7 & 10 is not disconnected and water tap connection of house of other applicants has been restored. 4. Learned counsel for the applicants conceded that water tap connection of house of applicants no. 2, 3, 5, 8 & 9 has been restored and water 3 tap connection of other applicants was not disconnected. He would submit that the order under contempt dated 14.1.2025 passed by this Court in WPC No.219/2025 has been complied with, which was also conceded by counsel appearing for the respondents no.1 & 4. He further submitted that applicants have deposited the amount due against them. 5. Learned Court Commissioner also submitted that grievance of the applicants has been redressed. 6. Since grievance of applicants has been redressed, as such, no case of contempt is made out against the respondents. 7. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. 8. Before parting, this Court appreciates the assistance rendered by learned Court Commissioner to this Court.
