The applicants have filed the present contempt petition for non- compliance of this Court’s order dated 18.08.2020 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3207 of 2020 by which this Court has stayed the effect and operation of order dated 01-03.07.2020 by which the regular pay scale granted in favor of the applicants were cancelled. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that vide order dated 16.09.2025 the respondents have granted same pay scale of 1300 but the same has been reduced. 3. During pendency of writ petition the salary of the applicants has again been reduced and some recovery has also been ordered. 4. The disputed facts are involved in the present case which requires determination, therefore in view of the above the instant contempt 3 petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order before appropriate forum. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the contention raised by the petitioner, it is for the concerned authorities to consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
