The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 23.2.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 2059 of 2023. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Shri Satyam Singh, Advocate, has filed the affidavit of the opposite party disclosing payment of the retiral dues of the deceased and full compliance of the order passed by this Court. The fact that the order passed by this Court has been complied is also accepted by Shri Sudhanshu Pandey, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Ashutosh Mishra, counsel for the applicant. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
