The dismissal order is set aside and the Respondent – Corporation is agreed to extend the continuity of service from the date of dismissal till the date of superannuation for the purpose of gratuity only. 2. The workman is not entitled for consequential benefits and backwages or any monetary benefits during this period. 3. This settlement is not precedent in other cases. 4. The Appellant-workman agrees for the above terms. The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of Conciliators on this 08.03.2025 at Bengaluru Bench.
