ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in registering the crime No 194 of 2020 and harassing the petitioner at the active instance and influence of the 4th respondent with a view to deprive off the legitimate right of the petitioner in claiming share in the property of the petitioner's adopted father Karra Satyanarayana Murthy and pressurizing the petitioner to relinquish his rights in favour of the 4th respondent under the guise of the FIR vide Cr.No.194/2020 ignoring of the pendency of the civil suit vide in 0.S.No.224/2020 on the file of Principal Junior Civil judge court, Amalapuram as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently order not to interfere into the personal life and liberty of the petitioner pursuant to FIR in Cr.N0.194/2020 registered by the 3rd respondent...”
2. Heard Sri Pappu Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents and Sri G.Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the 4th respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit police are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and 4th respondent and forcing him to relinquish his rights in favour of the 4th respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents would submit that in the light of the interim direction passed by this Court, police are not calling the petitioner to the police station and the police never insisted the petitioner to relinquish his rights in favour of the 4th respondent and are not interfering in the civil dispute between the parties.
5. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute, except under due process of law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
