1. By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal.
2. As per the contention of the applicant at the time of the trial, the applicant’s family was residing in remote area, therefore, they are not contacted with Counsel for filing the appeal and they do not have any knowledge about the law.
