1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 to take action on the complaint made by the petitioner against the Respondent No. 6 pursuant to the direction issued by the Respondent No. 1 by letter dated 04.08.2025 within stipulated time. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.”
2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the ground that the Respondent No. 2/Collector has not taken decision on the pending representation as submitted by the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that she has sought instructions and according to her instructions, the decision will be taken on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and also perused the documents placed on record.
5. Taking into consideration, facts and circumstances of the case, submission of counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition is
disposed of at this stage directing the Respondent No. 2/Collector to take decision on the pending representation (Annexure P/1) expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from today.
6. Learned counsel for the Respondent/State is directed to inform the Respondent No. 2/Collector about the order passed by this Court.
7. With the aforesaid observation and directions, this writ petition stands
