GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: 3 O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not issuing the Social Status Certificate in favour of petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the respondents to issue Social Status Certificate as per the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993 and its corresponding Rules of 1997. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri A.Datta Sanjeev, learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner submits that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
