It is submitted that the reference to “P.S. Shahdara, Delhi” in paragraphs 1 and 10 of the order dated 1st December, 2025 ought to read as “P.S. Krishna Nagar.” 3. For the grounds and reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Paragraphs 1 and 10 of the order dated 1st December, 2025 shall accordingly be read as under: “1. This petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (corresponding to Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR This is a digitally signed order.
