GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus by declaring the action of the respondents involving in civil dispute with threat miss using official duties by forcing the petitioners to deliver the possession to the respondents 5 to 8 pertaining to the scheduled property in ATC No.2 of 2022 pending before the Special Court under Tenancy Act cum Junior Civil Judge at Vijayawada in respect of Agricultural land with an extent of Ac.1.28 Cents in RS No.52/3A, 52/38 and 52/4 Payakapuram Village, Vijayawada North Mandal is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and voilating of article 21 and 300-A of Constituion of Idnia, voilation of Police Laws and voilation of the provisions of AP Tenancy Act and consquently direct the 3rd respondent respondent not to interfear in Civil dispute during the pending matter before the the Special Court under Tenancy Act cum Junior Civil Judge at Vijayawada and consequantly direct the 2nd respondent to take departmental action against the 3rd respondent for miss using the Official duties” 2. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
