By the impugned order dated 09.02.2024, the Labour Court, Coimbatore has directed the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.2,99,424/- along with interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of petition, till the date of payment to the respondent. 3. After hearing both sides and perusing the records, it is noted that both parties have reached a consensus and the respondent is willing to accept a sum of Rs.2,99,424/- without interest, and the petitioner has agreed to the same. 4.
